Ordering
Placing an order on Cuisine Craft is quick and easy. New customers have the option of creating an account with Cuisine Craft, or heading straight to check-out. The benefits of having an online account include:
- Shop and check out faster on your next visit
- Check your order status online
- Obtain a history of items you've purchased
- Receive updates on special offers, events, and new products and services
- Retain items in your Cart and Wish List
To make shopping faster, we save account-holders' credit card and billing address information securely, as well as your shipping addresses. However, if you do not want us to save any of your credit card data, you can uncheck the box on the Create an Account page, and we will not store your credit card data or your credit card billing address to your account.
Add Items to Your Cart
To add items to your cart just locate a product you would like to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. Clicking this button places the product in your Cart. Each time you click "Add to Cart," the page will refresh and display the newest product in your Cart.
View Entire Cart
A useful button to know is the "View Entire Cart" button as it allows you to review your order without checking out. While in review you can increase or reduce the quantity you'd like to buy, move items to and from your Wish List, or remove items from your Cart. It also provides a subtotal -- before any shipping charges and taxes are applied -- for your purchase. When you are comfortable with the items in your Cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Enter a Shipping Address
After proceeding to the Checkout, you will need to provide a shipping address for the order you are placing as well as an email address so we can send you updates on your order status. Once you enter this information, click "Continue Checkout."
Choose a Payment Method
Here you select your payment method. If your billing address is different from the shipping address you selected, you'll be asked to enter it now.
Creating an Account
At this point, since you're a new customer, you'll be able to create an account. Provide your name and email address, create a password, and select a security question and answer. When you're done, click "Create Account & Continue" to go to the Review page. If you wish to complete your order without creating an account, click "Continue Without Account" to go directly to the Review page.
Reviewing and Placing Your Order
On the Review page you'll find a summary of your order, including the final cost. Before you submit your order, you will also have the chance to change any of the shipping or payment information you have entered thus far. When you are ready, click "Place My Order" to complete the ordering process.
Your Order Number
After placing your order, a page with your order number, which you can save for your records, will appear on the screen. A link to "View Your Receipt" will also appear, which will provide a printable version of all the details of your order. Shortly after this page displays, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Paying with Credit Card
Cuisine Craft accepts MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Visa. On the Payment page, select the card type you want to use and then enter your card number, expiration date, and, if your card has one, the card security code.
Paying with PayPal
On the Payment page, select PayPal as your method of payment. You will be redirected to PayPal's web site to confirm the financial details of the transaction. Once you confirm your payment via PayPal, you will return to Cuisine Craft to finish placing your order.
Paying by Check
At this time, we do not accept checks, money orders, or cash.
About Credit Card Security
The personal information you enter in your Cuisine Craft account -- including your billing information -- is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use this technology to prevent your information from being viewable as it is transmitted over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers at restricted-access sites.
Viewing Orders
After you place your order you will receive two emails from Cuisine Craft:
- The first confirms that your order was received; this email will arrive within about 24 hours.
- The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. We will provide you with a UPS tracking number in this e-mail so that you can track your shipment online.
